My Approach
I’m a writer and a Jack (or…a Julie?) of all trades for startups. I've spent 13+ years doing this across product, operations, systems, and customer experience. Along the way, I've built a career out of being the person who jumps in when something is on fire, figures out what's going on, and communicates it clearly.
I do two things professionally:
I figure it out. Startups and growing teams bring me in when there’s a gap: when nobody owns the problem, when things break, or communication is at risk of falling apart. I come in, make sense of it, and leave it better than I found it. It’s like the Chief of Staff you desperately want meets your favorite Product Manager meets the ‘Head of Special Projects’ you didn’t even know existed.
I write. Personal essays, internal comms, ghostwriting, copy — if it needs to be clear, sharp, and human, that's my thing.

I’m a fixer, writer, and communicator. who enjoys overanalyzing a menu every time I go out to eat.
I enjoy good food, good company, and a good true crime podcast—I prefer scammers and fraudsters over murders. I’m a newer runner who’s diving deep into half Marathon training.
I’ve been brainwashed to think that the beaches on Long Island are some of the most beautiful in the world and I let the New York Mets test my loyalty and resilience year after year.
I live in Brooklyn with my husband, toddler, and cats, Maude and Mathilda.
